Breakthrough was Formerly known as Surrey ITF Tae Kwon-Do and was established in 1985 by Andrew Delaney who achieved his grade as a 1st Degree in 1984. Andrew started Tae Kwon-Do at the tender age of 18 and has been a committed disciple and teacher of Tae Kwon-Do ever since.

Andrew is now an established 4th Degree International Instructor, well known by his counterparts nationally and respected for the standards he sets for both himself and his students. A successful ex-competitor in competitions and tournaments, Andrew is now happy to coach others and to referee.

Andrew also holds a Sports Science Degree and utilises this to extend his teachings in all aspects of health and fitness. He has further expanded his knowledge and is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, holding a rounded knowledge and understanding of mental, physical and scientific aspects of sports and fitness.
