What will I learn?

Self Defence skills - The art of Tae Kwon-Do (TKD), TKD uses the principles of modern science to design techniques, which have maximum power and effectiveness. Tae Kwon-Do is renowned for its spectacular kicks, blocks, punches and strikes as well as basic throws and grappling.

You will also learn a great deal about yourself!
